Sarafine tried to pick up what he was saying - something about cleaning. "Actually, yeah, yeah, go ahead." She said, knowing that if he left the room she would be able to search around for that despicable key. "How about you go start right now?" The Cataclyst said, gesturing towards the door violently.

Levi narrowed his eyes, getting an idea of what Sarafine was doing. Probably looking for the key, no doubt. I've got it in my pocket, wrapped in cloth. He swung his legs out over the edge of the bed and stood up, quickly strapping on his boots and getting out a couple of cloths to tie his hair back and to protect his mouth. Soon he had gathered a few cleaning supplies from his own bathroom (cleaning fluid, scrubbing towel, broom, duster) and headed out to clean Sarafine's room. He was careful to keep the key out of sight, even though it wouldn't matter because it was covered in the cloth. After turning on the lights, he started by taking her boots and putting them in the shower to clean later, while he scrubbed the hardwood floor. Afterwards, he dusted all other surfaces and swept the balcony, along with making her bed, straightening all of her belongings, and cleaning out the hearth from soot and ashes, then replenishing the wood for later usage. He then turned his attention to the bathroom. Carefully, he opened the door and started with the sink, moving to the toilet, and then to the shower. He cleaned off the muddy boots for a long time, finally getting them to shine and have no speck of dirt on them whatsoever. He then cleaned out the shower and then dusted some more.

She watched him leave, and silently closed the door behind him once he had left for sure. She flicked on the light, and his room was completely disastrous after her tripping multiple times and tossing things around. Levi definitely wasn't going to be pleased about that, but she shrugged, and continued on with looking around. Once the Cataclyst had finished looking and gave up in the next 20 minutes, mostly everything was on the opposite side of where it was supposed to be. Sarafine flicked the light back off and sat back down at the chair, awaiting Levi to come back after cleaning. She wasn't really sure where he had went to clean, but she assumed it was somewhere in the hotel, and so she closed her eyes to get some rest, forgetting about whatever she was thinking about.

After Levi had finished cleaning Sarafine's room, he moved onto cleaning the part of the hotel he was not able to clean two nights before (now it was six nights until his leave was at an end, he kept a countdown). After ten more minutes he was done and walked back up the stairs to his room, where he flicked on the lights to see Sarafine lounging in his armchair with everything in the room mismatched and out of order. Glaring at the reckless woman, he said, "You were looking for the key, then? You're not going to see it until tomorrow morning." With no more words said, Levi commenced with cleaning his own room once again, putting everything back in its place and cleaning and dusting every surface he could see. Cleaning was rather relaxing for Levi, and helped him get calm, which was why he was not currently yelling and kicking Sarafine's butt off. If Sarafine were Eren, for example, Levi would have beaten the shit out of him, and then sent him to cleanup duty for a week.

She looked over her shoulder at Levi and stared at him rather blankly, as if he just blamed her for looking around for the dumb key - well, she did do that, actually. "Fine. But I wasn't looking for they key." Sarafine mumbled, trying to act like she had done nothing at all. That way, she wouldn't have to get up and help him clean or something, she decided. The Cataclyst stretched her arms out rather luxuriously. "Have fun with cleaning that," But then again, he probably would if he liked to clean so much.

Levi huffed, not believing a word the woman said. He finished cleaning and took off the white cloths on his head and neck, sitting on the edge of his bed. This was a whole new level of awkward for Levi, but he liked silence and didn't enjoy talking so much. He glanced out the window, seeing the form of a titan on the other side of the large river separating it from them. He watched it stumble into the river, flailing about and failing against the strong current because it was probably only a four-meter class. Soon the titan gave up and turned around with its big head moving about, and it stomped into the forest once more.

She leaned back in the chair when had had stopped cleaning, staring into nothing particular. "If you're going to sleep, do you mind not crying?" Sarafine said, it seemed sleep deprivation was catching up to her and so she was back into her normal annoying anyone and anything self. At this point, she wasn't leaving the room anytime soon, especially if Levi was lying about the key. "Some people want to get some sleep." She added, mumbling it slightly.

Levi narrowed his eyes and glared at the insolent woman. Damn it, if it wasn't for this stupid island. I've never had this kind of problem at base. It was much more minor, he thought to himself, continuing to just sit on the bed, not making a move to lay down. He was wide awake, and would probably stay that way for the rest of the night. He didn't answer Sarafine's taunting, trying to take his mind off of her and his memories by taking his jacket from the side of the bed and inspecting the rip from the wound that Sarafine gave him earlier. It still ached, but was quite better - Levi had taken some sort of weak pain killer while cleaning to lessen the effect of the stab wound. I'll need a needle and some thread...

She watched him inspect the wound, and felt no remorse for it rather too quickly. Sarafine shrugged, "I'll take that as a 'I won't cry'," And faced forwards again, shifting positions a few times before actually forgetting about the key. She closed her eyes, until finally slipping into the oblivion which was slumber.

Levi glared at her before she fell asleep, silently thankful for some peace and quiet for once. He searched around for a needle and thread - which he found, in the correct color - and started to sew shut the hole in his jacket and cloak. He could always get it tailored again, but found that this would be more time consuming, and he had a lot of it to consume. After he was done repairing the holes, Levi glanced up at the brazen woman, who had fallen into unconsciousness. She finally looked peaceful, relieving her face of the annoyance constantly on it. He sat, with one knee up to his chest and one balancing him on the side of the bed, he stared out at the night sky, reaching deep into his mind to meditate.

Sarafine was asleep for quite awhile, until she awoke quite startled. Not as forgiving as I.. the words rung through her head as she unconsiously wiped any sweat off her forehead. She glanced over at Levi, seeing he was still awake, she was slightly disturbed he saw her so frightened. Sarafine attempted to casually sit upright in the chair, and shot a pleased glance at Levi. "So you didn't cry?" The Cataclyst was not only attempting to switch the topic casually, but was still quite shocked.

"No," he muttered, not acknowledging her sudden awakening. "You wouldn't understand, anyways," he whispered, hoping she didn't hear it. It just... slipped out. Levi stretched, having been in the uncomfortable position for quite a while. His neutral gaze traveled across the room before landing on Sarafine again out of boredom.

"Fine by me." She shrugged, lightly rubbing her temples as she turned eye-contact away from him. "Tsk - Not as forgiving as you." She mumbled under her breath, mimicking whatever the slight dreamvisitor had said. "What have you been doing, anyways?" She finally asked Levi, because both of them knew that there wasn't that much to even do in this particular island at all, other than try to survive.

"Meditating," he muttered, still staring out the window, quite in a daze. His mind was racing with thoughts of not only Isabel and Farlan, but of his former squad. He knew he couldn't forget about it, but the dreams and thoughts kept plaguing him and was one of the reasons why he couldn't sleep. Levi rubbed the bridge of his nose, a slight headache coming on from all of the stress and thinking.

"Mediating?" She raised a brow at the man. "Why were you meditating?" She could hardly believe the thought of him meditating, and why, she wouldn't know nor understand. The Dark Caster put her elbow on the arm of the chair and rested her cheek in her palm as she awaited his answer that probably wouldn't even make sense - to her; at least.
